BE AWARE - this beautiful hotel property is on HAYDEN ISLAND in the Columbia River between Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. Scooterists will need to travel on a SHORT section of Interstate 5 to get to and from the rally hotel.

This section of freeway is relatively low speed; essentially you just stay in the right lane to take your first exit. Experienced scooterists should have no problem navigating this route confidently - but we want folks to be AWARE and prepared for it.

Do I have to stay at Holiday Inn Portland Columbia Riverfront to attend Amerivespa?

Certainly not, but it is recommended as it will be "Rally Central" for the week. Registration check-in, the Saturday evening Banquet, and several other events will take place at this location. It has been carefully selected for its convenience and reputation.

Will there be truck and trailer parking available at this hotel?

Is it possible to camp?

Yes there is lots of camping nearby. We're working on a good list, so feel free to investigate camping options on your own if you prefer to book ASAP.

What dining is available?

On the hotel property is Jantzen Beach Bar and Grill. Elsewhere on the island is Boomer's BBQ, Hidden Bay Cafe, La Quebrada Taqueria, Island Cafe, and Taco Bell.

There are endless restaurant options within a mile of the hotel. Bars, restaurants, fast food and much more!
