DeCordova Bend Park
DeCordova Bend Park — 7620 Rainey Ct., Granbury — 817-573-3212
Overnight camping, restrooms, picnic tables/grills, fishing pier, swimming area and boat ramp. Current campground information also reports a 10-day maximum stay and tent camping.
Hunter Park — 2800 Weatherford Hwy., Granbury
Free overnight camping, fishing pier, restrooms, picnic tables/grills and boat ramp. Open year-round with no reservations required.
Thorp Spring Park — 2300 Lipan Hwy., Granbury
This is a Brazos River Authority public park—not to be confused with the nearby commercial Thorp Spring RV Park. It allows free overnight camping, has restrooms, boat ramp, dock and picnic/grill facilities, and is open year-round with no reservations.
Saturday Event Venue
The Expo at Glen Rose Rodeo will hold all the Saturday events including Gymkhana and the slow race.
